Teksid Poland Skoczów

The first private foundry in Skoczow was established in 1947, but soon after nationalized in 1950. In 1972 became part of FIAT concert with production range strictly oriented on automotive industry.

Italian company TEKSID took over the foundry in 1992. Average production is thanks to 7 induction furnaces (from 13 ton to 60 tons) up to 65.000 tons of grey and nodular iron per year.
