NalónChem is a private, family-owned company engaged in the production of carbochemical products since 1943.
The company was founded at the end of World War II by Luis Orejas Canseco.
The coking plant itself was built in 1949 and operates 22 ovens.
Today, NalonChem is one of the leading European and world producers of foundry coke (including special "Nalon Coke"), tar and anthracene oil.
