Why industrial?

How long are you into the heavy industry?

Since 2006.

What is the goal of your project?

To document this inevitably disappearing part of our culture for next generations, who will soon have no idea what a rolling mill or a blast furnace used to look like.

Are you shooting something else?

No, unless I am paid for it.

What is your favorite mill so far?

Any active one.

Who are your favorite photographers?

It is hard to get permission to take pictures inside an active plant ?

Yes it is and it´s getting more and more difficult every year. Getting into a mill in Western Europe or USA is nearly impossible now. The heavy industry is struggling hard and the companies just doesn´t want to be exposed. Too bad for me, but I understands that.
