Minasfer Sete Lagoas

The Minasfer ironworks situated by the main road to Sete Lagoas, was established in 2021 when current owner purchased the former Insivi ironworks which were abandoned since 2012.

Siderúgica Invisi was formed from the break-up of the original Invisipa ironworks, founded in 1970 but later splitted into Insivi and Siderpa (today´s SDS Siderúrgica).

Minasfer currently operates one charcoal blast furnace and plans to resume production at a second blast furnace (No.3) soon.
